I have lived here 3 years & am very happy with my apt,, and the on-site manager & maintenance team, The manager is readily available and extraordinarily help ful and quick to respond! My experience has been top notch, friendly, helpful, kind and patient. The building is well maintained and kept clean, I live on 3rd floor and have neighbors on 4 sides of my apt and I do not hear them - very quiet, I recommend the building to anyone who wants a clean, well maintained apt and onsite 24 hr management team!
Lived there for one year and this place was absolute trash. The manager was rude, but given the type of residents, I can't blame her. The hallways reek of Marijuana, if not that, stinky food and half the tenants have mental health issues. The Police were constantly visiting; once a week if not more. The walls and floors are paper thin,therefore you hear the hallway noise,creaking floors, or people/babies screaming and again THE SMELLS. All from inside your unit. I don't reccomend this place, it's awful.
I am extremely pleased with my experience living at Hillcrest. Management goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable here, and promptly handles any issues that arise (though, there hasn’t been many). The apartments are updated, well-maintained and overall exceeded our expectations when looking for a place.
Hillcrest has been a great place to live! Management has been responsive about any requests or questions we’ve had. The building is well maintained and comfortable.
I've had a pleasant experience as a new tenant. Jessica is very attentive to any requests or concerns. My space is exactly what I needed; it's a very clean and quiet place.
