I have had such a pleasant experience as a new tenant. The Community Manager Jessica is extremely transparent. She has proven to be very reliable and attentive to any maintenance requests and/or concerns. My space is just what I needed and the price is unbeatable compared to the competing complexes in the area. Common areas are well maintained and the tenants are very friendly. It is a nice community to live in and I would recommend checking it out!
