I am extremely pleased with my experience living at Hillcrest. Management goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable here, and promptly handles any issues that arise (though, there hasn’t been many). The apartments are updated, well-maintained and overall exceeded our expectations when looking for a place.

I've had a pleasant experience as a new tenant. Jessica is very attentive to any requests or concerns. My space is exactly what I needed; it's a very clean and quiet place.

You can't deny that they are comfortable and clean apartments, but when the contract ends you end up owing them, they keep the entire deposit and on top of that you end up owing them.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and apt. living comes with compromise between tenants. I feel we can do better in the noise, walking loud, some noise on Weekend which is to be expected. As for mangament, Jessica, has done a great job she gets to what needs too be done in a timely matter. If she can get it done asap she does, but sometimes its out of her hands and tenants need to be patient. She wants the tenants to have a good experience.
