You can't deny that they are comfortable and clean apartments, but when the contract ends you end up owing them, they keep the entire deposit and on top of that you end up owing them.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and apt. living comes with compromise between tenants. I feel we can do better in the noise, walking loud, some noise on Weekend which is to be expected. As for mangament, Jessica, has done a great job she gets to what needs too be done in a timely matter. If she can get it done asap she does, but sometimes its out of her hands and tenants need to be patient. She wants the tenants to have a good experience. I am truly enjoying my stay here at Hillcrest, the landscaping is beautiful, my neighbors for the most part are wonderful, and the on site management team here are always on point as well as available. Centrally located in the most perfect spot in the neighborhood where you have good access to the Metro buses coming and going! Close to all the schools, shopping, and dinning out, as well as some outdoor activities, and just a few minutes from Alki Beach/Puget sound.
