I am incredibly grateful to all the doctors and staff for the outstanding care they provided to my kitten. She recovered very quickly thanks to their professionalism, compassion, and prompt treatment. I am a teacher working in a remote reserve community, and I live there with my cat. Dr. Bobby and the staff at hillcrest have been awesome to deal with. Our cat had some issues and they took care of her a couple months ago. Today, I was also able to call without having to make the drive from Thunder Bay and Dr. Bobby was able to help again over the phone. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!
Omg prices are normal here. The receptionist is really kind. I have 4 of my furbabies scheduled for surgery in December. If I did this in Thunder Bay I would be paying more than triple since the 3 main Corporations have bought up the vet clinics there. I will update after their surgeries are done.
The staff are very friendly and understanding.
