Hillcrest was built in the 1970's and was the first off campus student housing. New owner's took over about five years ago and have made Hillcrest a nice quiet enjoyable enviornment! They have been doing tons of remodeling and just re-did the pool this year!

It is a joke but I am not laughing. A lot happier now that I got out there !!!!management has a excuse for everything. Let’s see the excuses they give the judge!!!!
TLDR - What used to be home became a business plan. If you value your safety, your sanity, or your sense of belonging: look elsewhere. Hillcrest used to have a good name. Not fancy or flashy, just solid and dependable. It felt like the kind of place people stayed because it worked. That's not what it is now.
