Specialties We specialize in Student Housing! We offer great rates and are the cheapest in town! History Established in 1970. Hillcrest was built in the 1970's and was the first off campus student housing. New owner's took over about five years ago and have made Hillcrest a nice quiet enjoyable enviornment! They have been doing tons of remodeling and just re-did the pool this year!

TLDR - What used to be home became a business plan. If you value your safety, your sanity, or your sense of belonging: look elsewhere. Hillcrest used to have a good name. Not fancy or flashy, just solid and dependable. It felt like the kind of place people stayed because it worked. That's not what it is now. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Save yourself and DO NOT rent here. Unless, of course, you don’t mind having your water shut off FREQUENTLY, have cigarette and pot smoke seep into your apartment from the neighbors, get continual RUDE emails from management addressing various problems with tenants, have your car sideswiped, not have management uphold THEIR end of the lease addressing living conditions and more fun “perks” from living there. Only giving it one Star so I can leave the review. It really should be zero.
Loved the property and the staff was amazing.
