Specialties We specialize in Student Housing! We offer great rates and are the cheapest in town! History Established in 1970. Hillcrest was built in the 1970's and was the first off campus student housing. New owner's took over about five years ago and have made Hillcrest a nice quiet enjoyable enviornment! They have been doing tons of remodeling and just re-did the pool this year!

TLDR - Bad Pipes, Price Hikes, Purse Robbers, Rude Staff. Hillcrest Apartments was a nice place. This was once a 5 star review. Things change. They are now owned by a company called Vie Living, based in Florida. My Wife was mugged due to them not replacing lights for years. They used to give you $20 a months for laundry, then they made it free for a couple years, now they go back to charging but without the $20 to help. Pets were allowed. Now they are trying to get them banned - Its the Vie Living corporate policy after all.... read more
Make everything a hassle. The office is not open during realistic times for working adults. Phone service is just a robot that isn't helpful. They try to charge a fee for literally EVERYTHING. Apartments are severely outdated and the kitchen has no space. Do not rent here unless necessary.
Staff friendly and easy to work with. A few minor fixings around apt which were handled quickly. Spacious apt , great location.
So far no issues, not very welcoming though.
