Specialties We specialize in Student Housing! We offer great rates and are the cheapest in town! History Established in 1970. Hillcrest was built in the 1970's and was the first off campus student housing. New owner's took over about five years ago and have made Hillcrest a nice quiet enjoyable enviornment! They have been doing tons of remodeling and just re-did the pool this year!

TLDR - What used to be home became a business plan. If you value your safety, your sanity, or your sense of belonging: look elsewhere. Hillcrest used to have a good name. Not fancy or flashy, just solid and dependable. It felt like the kind of place people stayed because it worked. That's not what it is now.
