One of the nicest, most polite and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with! I called in a moment of desperation, thinking we had fried our RV fuse panel. He walked my husband on the phone, step by step, to ensure everything was working properly. Thank you so much for being so wonderful!!!
They installed an AC unit in my 2001 camper flip, and though merging the old system and new system was tricky, they managed! Just in time for rising temps. Then they fixed a broken electrical wire that was causing issues. I don't think there's nothing they can't do, because this was a difficult AC install. I'm very grateful! I had them back for a few other repairs... What an awesome job they did! There were hidden issues that you wouldn't think were related but they pieced all of the parts of the puzzle together and it all w... read more
We live in North Tennessee and could not get anyone to call us back, and found this 24hr number for Hillcraft and Danny answered. He asked us where we were located and he could tell we were frustrated and needed help. He stayed on the phone with us and helped trouble shoot getting our slide fully out that got stuck because of a motor going out.
