Charles was the ONLY one responding to our 2018 power out outlets problem on a SUNDAY, later made an appointment within 48hrs, arrived promptly, repairs = 1/2hr & VERY fair pricing. Even figured out an optional, better wiring solution to our new needs (since 1980, of course) to be installed in 3 days! No show and apparently didn’t feel it was important enough to call. I had to call them, only to find out I wasn’t on the schedule. Horrible customer service.
