I confess, I don't know much about cars and I've paid heavily for my ignorance. This is NOT your typical car shop where some mysterious person takes your car, "supposedly" looks over the vehicle then presents you with an outrageous bill. The owner was very thorough, then actually POINTED out the problems and explained what needed to be done. Chuck is very professional and was not in a "RUSH" to start the work.
