My mother loves catfish and I love fried shrimp... although we have been on a strict diet, this weekend was our cheat night. We chose to let Hillbilly Seafood make dinner for us! I got there right before 5pm on a Friday and they seemed busy at the moment. I ordered and went through the carwash down the road and they had me ready to go when I got back. Awesome spot, totally unassuming food truck but the owner is very big on healthy, non-gmo, clean food and it sure tastes like it! I’ve had the gumbo, shrimp poboy, and the tacos. The shrimp are huge and everything is delicious. 100% worth the stop.
Yes I gave 5 stars for both service and atmosphere even though they are not a brick and mortar but they care and their service sets a atmosphere that will keep you coming back and telling your friends
