This review is for the outlet. The customer service was horrible. Half of the tags on the items were wrong. So you spend time and find something you think is going to be $35 and the cashier tells you it’s actually $85 and it has the wrong tag. It happened for a few items of ours. The cashier charged us $95 more and we found out and went back. she didn’t even say sorry for her mistake or the wrong tag. WHAT A HORRIBLE BEHAVIOUR. She acted as if we were wasting her time!!! The cashiers at the outlet were so rude and charged me the wrong amount. Didn't even bother to say sorry. Not coming back cause it's a waste of time.
Absolutely horrible customer service ordering online. I’ve sent follow up emails to be just brushed off and being told there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been charged for my order but they won’t ship it. I even asked to pay the courier fee. I wanted to support a women owned business who gives back but the frustration and the lack of customer service is atrocious.
