Im unsure why the staff are so rude. They're pushy too. I wanted a necklace to commemorate my deceased grandmother and they kept trying to guilt trip me "its what she would've wanted" like they knew her.
I wish I was making this up. This is a brand new out of the box unworn $400 chain and charm. Will definitely be returning this. Temu would have better quality
