12/16 Update. Hillbank reviewed the sales process and determined that TES I was overcharged for the tires and will reimburse. Kudos to Hillbank for correcting this Be careful of this dealer. I purchased a new rolling Cobra chassis manufactured by Superformance in South Africa from Hillbank on July 31, 2025. The purchase process involves a spreadsheet from which you choose your options.
