Had a few things I was looking for thankfully on my first trip to the store but shocked when the sales rep was adamant on processing a $0.76 charge for a different nut after I had spent money on many other things. Not a great way to do business and retain customers.
The bait we bought was not the best. The prawns were soft and kept falling off the hook.
I had a fishing rod repaired, no fuss at all customer service here was excellent, my expensive rod back in it's glory, it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thanks guys !!
Good advice, staff actually come over and help instead of hiding in groups of 3 talking with their workmates like "you know where". Sold me a nice lure, took it out and got a double tailor hook up on the single lure. What's not to like about that? Should open Sundays though.
