This doctor is consistently late for appointments. She does not even arrive at the office until 40 minutes after her first appointment of the day. Her time is apparently more valuable than mine. Pick another provider who cares about their patients.
This Dr. has been a wonderful addition to my treatment. She is late sometimes, but she has a heavy workload as there are not very many psychiatrists in the area, and she tries to accommodate all her patients. She cut her workload to 3 days and is now working 5 days compressed into three. She has to do the same or more with less time.She is also constantly overbooked because there are so many people assigned to her because of the shortage. I would not recommend this dr. I receive my medication by mail order , I began making phone calls to her office ten days in advance of my last available dose , so that she could renew my medication through the mail order process, tomorrow will be two weeks, I have now missed three doses of my medication , part of the issue is that she does not address patient medication needs if she is not in the office , besides missing the three doses , I have made at least 5 phone calls to the mail order company, and as many to her office... read more
I'm 57 years old & I've never experienced such a rude staff - they have treated me as a burden - put me on hold & left me there, told me they called to cancel an appointment bc Dr, Hillary Harrison wouldn't be in but actually never called although I don't drive but always arranged to have someone take me, they have taken days to call in extremely important prescriptions, that I've been on since Im 18 years old -anti-anxiety, anti-depressants, (4 different types) they've been rude & obnoxious & haven't returned my phone calls... read more
