Dr Ecker is a great Internist. Dr Ecker has helped me with my overall health, and assisted me through my recovery from surgeries. Dr Ecker is a great listener and gives great recommendations.
Chose Dr. Ecker as my new pcp and she and the staff have all been great. I’ve had multiple visits due health conditions. She listens and makes sure if you have questions. Can tell she reviews my file before my visits and looks into any tests I’ve had. Have sent messages after visit and always receive a prompt response. Reception always has a smile and friendly greeting during check in and check out.
Dr doesn't prescribe medications. Dr/office doesn't call back when call is dropped after confirming 5x call back number. Unable to get an appointment. Worst customer service. Doesn't do anything for the patients.
