I have no issue with Dr ecker or her attending physicians. Spoke to one of the receptionist and I have never in my life been treated so poorly for calling to follow up on a request from my insurance. I was spoke to as though I lack intelligence. The woman did not take my sever asthma and lack of medication seriously either and seemed irritated by all of my responses. Please retrain your front desk staff.

Dr. Ecker definitely omitted the CARE part of being a primary care physician during my visit. This was my 1st appointment with her and I made my appointment 4 months in advance. I figured her busy schedule equated with her being a great doctor. I was wrong. Dr. Ecker seemed quite rushed even though I arrived promptly. She did not listen to me. I had to switch from my PCP Dr. Gianokokos at Advocate who I’ve been with for years and absolutely loved, it was very difficult finding a new doctor and establishing a new relationship. After an extensive amount of research and review, I selected Dr. Ecker to be my primary care doctor. She had excellent bedside manners and was very personable.
