Regardless of the number of questions that I or the client had, Hillary answered quickly and never appeared to be inconvenienced. The loan process was thoroughly explained. Hillary provided a spreadsheet which helped the buyer see their purchasing options in real time per property of interest. Hillary really went above and beyond expectations in addition to being informative and responsive.
Hillary took the time to videochat with us twice to go over an Excel spreadsheet showing the best financial avenues forward for buying our home. That's the baseline document and conversation that we used to search for homes and predict our monthly mortgage payments. We've bought three homes in the past, and have never had an agent so involved and useful in our home buying process. Highly recommend!
