horrible place... they do not return phone calls, texts or emails. they still owe me for a security deposit from Oct. 1st 2025 and it is now Dec. 15th 2025. They raise the rent every year and don't make any improvements around the park. The staff is terrible to work with and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
You’ll pay 633.00$ a month for a small plot of land (not including the price of your trailer), and that’s only for water and “trash” pick up. The water is shut off at least 3 times a month. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They also do not do lawn care or pick up leafs unless they’re in bags (lots of trees= lots of leafs) I filled 20+ bags and still couldn’t get them all. Don’t like this place at all.
