The ladies at the front desk were incredibly rude and unprofessional. While I was sitting in the waiting area filling out paperwork for my dog to get four stitches, I could clearly hear them talking behind the desk. They were making fun of my dog’s name and said, “I hate when people give their pets human names,” then specifically referred to my dog, and continued to make other unprofessional comments.
