EMAIL LOOPS, OVERCHARGING, and COLLECTIONS... Customer for 1 year and LEAVING. When my policy was set to renew after my first year ended, rather than automatically charging me (which is fine), it said I needed to login to access my bill. Now, how Hill & Usher works is apparently as an "AGENT." The actual insurance provider is "The Hartford."
