No issue with the doctors but receptionists are rude and have a terrible phone manner. I had a medical procedure done by one of the nurses and found out the reception staff had been talking about it and had a special name for me. Isn’t medical info supposed to be private? Will be changing to a different practice with people who are professional.
Poorly trained Gps , poor bedside manner. Poor service Long overdue rw about their service. I could give various anecdotes but it would b too long a review. Only plus is they bulk bill but their service is so bad that now go to a service that is fantastic and happy to pay for that too.
