Home warranty sent them out they sent out a technician that wasn’t knowledgeable he couldn’t troubleshoot tried to convince me that I had lost a leg when voltage was reading 110 he thought it should’ve been 220 technician called the owner on speaker phone who told him get the check and leave he doesn’t get paid hourly I called an electrician out who troubleshot the problem which wasn’t the voltage but the motherboard was bad called the company back told them the problem showed up a week later without the right part I told th... read more

We called our home warranty and this is how they sent. They did not have competent workers. The owner Steve told me all his employees quit! Gee I wonder why! He’s a straight up lazy guy with no ambition or professionalism. Talks brassily about his employees in front of them and me! Please don’t bother to use this company, even in a pinch! They are the worst!

Couldn't find the right part so they decided to rig it instead with a different part not the best confidence or faith in the repairs got stuck with contractor due to warranty
