Bought a “fully serviced” Ducati here that started shutting off mid-ride just weeks later. Ducati NYC confirmed a charging-system failure and warranty approved the $1,800 repair — but the OEM part’s on indefinite backorder. Hill Thrill said there’s “nothing they can do,” even though a proper pre-sale inspection should’ve caught this. Still paying insurance and parking for a bike I can’t ride.
