Had an appointment for a COVID vaccine booked through HotDoc. When I arrived at the correct time, the receptionist initially told me I didn’t have an appointment at all, but upon looking again, she told me my appointment was in 1.5 hours. I showed her the booking on my iPad. She told me, she could ‘squeeze me in’ but I would have to wait behind the other people sitting in the waiting room. As the room she was sitting in was as well furnished as a polling booth, I decided to book elsewhere.

Dr Khalesi is the most knowledgeable and caring general practitioner my family and I have been seeing in the past years.
They always look after you here. Very professional, polite and friendly. Very good practice, very lovely people.
The Hub’s new professional, Dr Khalesi, did an amazing surgical excisions of my Squamous Cell Carcinoma skin cancer and a BCC earlier this year which left no scaring.
