I have had at least half a dozen garments altered by their previous tailor with no complaints. Recently, I brought a brand new garment in to have straps shortened and bust taken in a bit. It was returned to me unwearable (see photos). New tailor Teresa insisted the work was done correctly and was up to her standard. I now have to eat the entire cost of this garment.

☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hill Street Dry Cleaners. I dropped off my husband’s white dress shirt to be cleaned, and when I picked it up, it was completely ruined. It had orange stains on the sleeve that were absolutely not there when I dropped it off, yet I was told they had been there all along. Even worse, the shirt was no longer white—it had an obvious blue tint to it. Very friendly staff, reasonable pricing, super nice job done on all of my dry cleaning. I can not be happier to find this dry cleaning company.

I want to start by saying they did a BEAUTIFUL job with my short dress and pantsuit (one piece, no jacket). However, I was price quoted $30-35 and the total was closer to $50 when I checked out! Very disappointing experience, despite the quality service.
