I had a wonderful experience getting my dress tailored here! The tailor skillfully created a corset to extend the bust area of my dress and the dress truly looks as though that was how it was originally made. Pricing was very reasonable and I will 100% be bringing my other dresses here for alterations in the future!
We got our suites for my wedding year ago for the men here and they looked amazing. We regularly drop off my husbands dress shirts and pants. Easy to drop off and pick up. Prices are reasonable, staff is helpful and it’s been in Monroe since I was a kid.
Shout out to Theresa the seamstress! I ripped the zipper of my Mother of the Bride dress a week before the wedding. Theresa problem solved with me quickly and had my zipper fixed, dress let out and hemmed in less than a week. She was also was kindThank you! We will be back!
I have had at least half a dozen garments altered by their previous tailor with no complaints. Recently, I brought a brand new garment in to have straps shortened and bust taken in a bit. It was returned to me unwearable (see photos). New tailor Teresa insisted the work was done correctly and was up to her standard. I now have to eat the entire cost of this garment.
☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hill Street Dry Cleaners. I dropped off my husband’s white dress shirt to be cleaned, and when I picked it up, it was completely ruined. It had orange stains on the sleeve that were absolutely not there when I dropped it off, yet I was told they had been there all along.
