I just got off the phone with Mary with Customer Relations and when I told her I was not going to continue after two treatments and wanted to know how much it would cost to get out of the contract she proceeded to tell me that the contract that I wasn't given a copy of stated no guarantees, no refunds. I told her I would get a lawyer, she said the contract stated no refunds. Clean. Gracious people. So far no results after 3 treatments. Still hopeful.
I would not recommend. Don't let their marketing draw you in like it did me. There are no guarantees and no refunds and it is very expensive. These are not doctors giving you medical advice on ED. You will never see a doctor. This is high pressure sales of their acoustic wave treatment. The only time I saw anyone more qualified than a technician was in my initial visit, when I was examined by a PA that told me I was an "excellent" candidate. DOES NOT WORK EVEN A LITTLE BIT! ZERO! I received treatments for almost 1 year. Double the amount of treatments that should have worked. I am 60 and retired army. Still exercise daily and have no health issues. I have yearly blood work and physical from primary care physician. I am still in better physical condition than most men in their 30-40s. I’m giving this review from a wife’s opinion. It DOES NOT WORK!!! My husband has had 18, YES I said 18, treatments and $6700 later NOTHING and I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has changed!!! And ZERO resolution from the crooks at Hillside!!!!!
