Tamara was the worst. imaginable. Her office is dirty lacking modern equipment and her upsale attempts tactics were questionable. Unbelievable bad customer service. She would not have her front desk call the insurance to verify the procedures she was planning were covered. Then I called Concordia insurance myself...while in her office and the insurance verified my co-pay to her. Once her bluff was "called" she did not want to do the service.... LOL because I questioned her honesty. Seems like she was just mad she was "had". ... read more
