Caleb Hill Owner/Landlord ...leased a rental to my husband and I. 12 months term. The landlord was made aware of the damages made to the property by gun violence in the area. 3x the house was vandalized by area thugs. The property was unlivable after. My family and I moved to be safe, advised by the Shreveport Police Department. Shortly after Hill placed a fraudulent Eviction on my credit. I will never do business with him ever again.
