I have been working with Alex for nearly a year and a half. December 2023 I fell. Damage to my lumbar vertebrae . Did therapy for 6 months. Felt great. Life back to normal. Then I fell again reinjuring my vertebrae and this time did nerve damage. Did 4 months therapy but the nerve damage didn't get better After a procedure to help the nerves I had to wait 2 months no bending , lifting or twisting. Then I was back in therapy. Caley is very sweet and takes the time to get to know you and your routines to tailor the stretches and workouts to you. Every week I would tell her something different and she would pivot to help me work on that issue. I also had dry needling done and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything for me.
Hill Pro-Motion is our favorite Physical Therapy place. They are professional, talented, and encouraging. I love visiting with them and sharing laughter together!
