Management is an overpaid joke when they don't seem to care about their workers or products being busted frequently. I watched hard working men and women that do their best but don't seem to care if stuff is broken but I guess that's what happens when practically everyone above you is a fat cow that just sits in an office. Made me reconsider working there after just an hour.

Absolutely loved working here until management changed in a major way and they are losing out on a ton of profit by letting people get away with sloopy work if it even is correct at all. I was doing refrigeration work in the testing department. It really should be a requirement for their managers to have their Full refrigeration handling certification. Really have to know what you are managing to know how to manage it. L O L
