Karen at the promenade is very rude on the phone. She has a very controversial policy stating anyone under 18 must be with an adult from 2:30pm to 5:30pm Monday to Friday but has her security guards stop and question people at any time not just during policy hours. They even threaten parents who are meeting their kids for coffee etc. You are disgusting. If you are going to make a policy you should adhere to it yourself.
