I have allot inconveniences trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter, lack of communication, very unorganized, they reschedule the first appointment without a call to notify me, the second time my appointment was canceled because my insurance was inactive and when I call my insurance it is active, the issue is on the Dr office end, I call back the office to inform that I call the insurance and everything is fine and requested a call to notify me if I can keep the same appointment and never call me back. can’t say enough good things about Krischell at hill ortho She’s so sweet and amazing 🤩🥳🥳 I always look forward to my appointments. She helped me recover from both of my shoulder surgeries, and I’ve made so much progress thanks to her care and encouragement. Krischell is my physical therapist at Hill Orthopedics in Davenport. She is absolutely amazing. What a sweetheart! She is knowledgeable, she knows her job, and is professional in her job. Krischell makes her patients feel special and comfortable and she is very easy to talk to. She is definitely an asset to this facility.
