This is, quite frankly, the biggest scam of a mobile home trailer park. For people that require so much,they offer very little. The landlords are irresponsible, rude and unprofessional. You will most likely receive rent hikes, rude letters/texts and unreasonable invasions into your private life. Despite the "no trash, abandoned vehicles, or littered driveways" rules as stated in the lease, that's generally what you see. You come down the street and see the opposite. Sorry it's a very nice park but my family owns the property next to the hill oaks for over 50 years.so it and I no people who live in the park it is very secluded and private.
