I should give less than a "1" rating. He is abrupt, doesn't listen, gets angry if you ask questions, and I truly believe he ruptured a tendon on my elbow on purpose when giving a cortisone shot because I said I read on the internet that cortisone shots can worsen the situation if tendonosis is found rather than tendonitis & the only way to determine the difference is with an MRI.
