Really quite a bit of trouble starting off with Hill. They over inflate costs associate with extra work orders - e.g., they charged me an extra $1,500 to substitute egg shell paint for the standard flat finish. No explanation why, even when I and my designer complained. Also, they insist occupancy started prior to the time the fire Marshall even issues a permit for occupancy. Really seems sketchy, and in general I'd advise look for office space elsewhere.
