Wonderful place – We are about to move my Mom into Hill house and I find Hill House to be very accomodating to my Mom's needs. I think the staff is very nice and easy to talk to. I feel very confident that my Mom is going to be happy there.
A good place – I recently visited Hill House which was remodeled last year. Mr. Price was very helpful and after meeting numerous residents found this community a very nice retirement apartment at a very reasonable price.
I recently toured this community and find it wonderful. The residents are happy and glad to live in a small community with the freedom to do what they want. The new owners have made many changes including moving out residents not appropriate for their community. They have remodeld the inside which is beautiful. They have plans to start on the outside in the spring. Pedofiles, Elder Abuse, Overcharging and not SAFE!! – Rick Price is taking advantage of these supossed Tenants. More like beat down slaves. He yells at them and treats them like animals. Wait animals get treated betters. For $300 a month you can have breakfast and lunch not fit for an elderly persons diet! Then for $500 more you can have a small room with your own pedofile next door who keeps coming on to the older women. You also have no privacy and can't even have guests park in front !
