Had a young tech come out told us we need our blower motor replaced and the unit cleaned but told my mother he would give her a deal if she had any pills she would be willing to part with I guess he saw her meds (she's a cancer patient) Called owner and reported this, they said they would send out an older gentleman i guess the only other tech that works there but waited never heard from them and 2 weeks later it caught on fire thank God we saw it in time or otherwise we would have lost our place! Jesse came out to service our dual fuel Trane heating system. He is very professional and a knowledgeable repairman! Our dual fuel system wasn’t set at the factory standards so it was a quick fix and very reasonable fix!!! We love our heating and cooling system and appreciate such a kind, professional, who fixed our system quickly and at a very reasonable price!! Jim R
$150 for service call, unit worked for another week, considerable age on the unit, so I called again to find out about replacing, said she’d have Jesse come back out, get the info, then email an estimate. $3000 more than the next best, with inferior product and service, wasn't even the right size unit, and THEY SENT A $150 INVOICE “due upon receipt” FOR THE ESTIMATE! Hill Heating and Air has just replaced the HVAC system in my home. We agreed on a date and they sent me a reminder the week before as well as both an email and text reminder the night before. They arrived at 8:00 AM as promised and the work has been completed. They cleaned everything up, leaving it better than they found it. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
