I highly recommend getting micro current neuro feedback with Lisa at Hill Family Wellness!! It helped me with my ADHD symptoms. After my first session I noticed that I wasn’t so fidgety and my thoughts weren’t racing 100mph. After my third session I was able to read a chapter in my text book without my ADHD medication.
