DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! I was given this plumber through old republic home warranty, and it has been hell ever since. We had a broken hot water pipe in our foundation. He comes out, takes a look, gives us his estimate, then says he will be back next week to fix. Next week comes and he says that this will now be a 2 day job and he wont be able to come back tomorrow so we need to reschedule. We say ok start as soon as you can. On Aug 30 (Tues) – Contacted Old Republic with 3 issues: Leaking bathroom sink in Jack and Jill Bathroom, Garbage Disposal not working and hot water handle for shower broken off but can still turn on/off. Contract given to Hill Family Plumbing and service set for Sept 1 8am-10am arrival time. Sept 1 – Plumber arrives at 9:05am. Determines by 9:30 that all items need to be replaced.
