My whole family uses Hill Eye. Had some very frustrating issues come up for the very first time of wearing glasses. A situation that had never happened before kinda thing. Everyone at Hill Eye is very professional, and I can't thank them enough for helping me with this unusual issue that I will not explain here.I will always use and recommend them to everyone I know. Nice no playing around did there job
Personally I think this place needs help. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my glasses from them. When I call I get a different excuse everytime. One days it’s delayed the next day oh it’s a mix up at the lab. Now today they tell me the labs backed up. I paid a lot of money to get my glasses and they want to give the run around on it. Then get smart with me because I’m upset I’ve been 2 months without glasses and have constant headaches bc I’m having to strain my eyes so much to see.
Dr. Hill and his staff will definitely dial in your eyesight. It isn’t like most eye doctors that rush you through, he actually gives you time to look at options when checking your glasses. Best experience by far of all the eye doctors I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend.
