Called another company out to our dealership to fix a lighting issue. The guy claimed he had to order parts and would be back. Never came back, stopped responding to messages. The lady who answered the phone said we were on the schedule but no one ever came at the scheduled time. Unbelievably unprofessional behavior. We were put off, lied to and ignored. My experience with Hill Electric was great from start to finish. Clifton did a great job and finished our repairs ahead of schedule.
Sharing a review for my mom, she had Clifton come out yesterday and inspect her home for a few outlets and lights not working after a storm. She commented multiple times on his professionalism and his punctuality. She said " he was very knowledgeable and seemed to be more then happy to help and went above and beyond" She would like for me to add he cleaned up his mess and left everything exactly how he found it or better!
