I went for nerve testing for my elbow. I expressed to Dr. Denise Hill that I had severe pain and numbness in the past, but felt a shift in my elbow through one of my tricep exercises and the pain had relieved itself and was doing great now, but followed through with my scheduled appointments just in case. Dr. Hill spent 10 minutes gaslighting me and devaluing my experience by telling me that my pain was all in my head, fed by my "anxiety", and that I needed to stop treating my elbow like it's injured.
