I hired Hill Culinary for two of my wedding events in May 2022. My prior caterer backed out 6 weeks prior to the wedding. From my first interaction with Eriksson to through the conclusion of the event, I was completely blown away. Eriksson is a true gem of a human. He's excellent at what he does and his entire crew are just incredible humans. We had so much fun with all of them. I was a vendor at a recent wedding that this company catered. The owner and manager were two of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my 30+ years in the wedding industry. The food didn’t make up for their attitude either. Brides, grooms, people of common sense, avoid this “business”’.
