I brought my car in on March 30th I was told it would take 2 weeks to repair it took a month. I went to pick it up they hadn't spoken to my insurance company. They said I didn't give them the claim no. I didn't but she never asked me for it. You would think they would have called me for it but they didn't. They didn't have the insurance co. estimate to compare to their's. My fault or their fault for not asking me for it i don't know. Staff was very friendly however, no courtesy call on the status my car. A simple call, text, or email would suffice. Was charged for services not asked for, synthetic oil change. Car was returned filthy, side door was poorly put back in place after removal of the door. Shop around for cheaper service.
