I was referred here in January after a spider bite simply would not heal. I came in using a cane, unable to wear a shoe ( sock and medical walker boot only) in pain. Today I walked out without any assistance and wearing regular shoes. I can think of a lot of adjectives to describe the medical team, Dr Reynolds and Shannon at the front desk. Congenial, kind, efficient, competent, accommodating, caring..... all of them are totally accurate. Dr. Reynolds and his staff were amazing! They took such wonderful care of my mother, always made her feel cared for and comfortable. No one really wants to ever have to go to wound care… but my mother always looked forward to seeing them. Thank you so much for taking care of our mother!
Excellent care.Clinic staff Yvonne and Stacey very helpful and compassionate. Dr.Aguirre professional ,kind and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care.
Very nice experience. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Dr. Cohen and Sara (nurse) communicated what they were doing and why. My questions were answered and not rushed. They were very conscientious of the level of pain I was experiencing and thoughtful in not increasing my pain level.
