We love coming here! We bring our corgi and our new cat just went for his first exam this weekend. The whole staff is lovely. We’ve never had a bad experience. Our corgi has to be medicated for appointments, and they always work with us to make sure he’s comfortable for any exam or visit. He’s stayed over for the boarding facility as well. We used to go to VCA and cannot express how happy we are with making the change to Hill Country VH!
Love these people! From the desk to the Dr's! And the techs in between! They care for my kitties as their own!
Approximately a month ago I took my dog in for emergency treatment. Their fee was high and the removed the extra cost of it. So the natural question would be why the two stars... I called around to several Vets in the area and discovered their fee was 30 to 40 dollars more than other vets. I told them in person I wanted to talk about it. I have two torties and they are my whole world! A family friend recommended HCVH and I will never look back. The care HCVH professionals provide goes above and beyond. They make both me and my two cats feel safe and cared for. They fully explain what going on, they provide suggested care and answer my millions of questions. All the staff are so kind and supportive!
