Super customer service! We purchased a zero turn mower from them roughly 6 years ago, and yesterday our spark plugs went out, we called them for info on the size so we could fix it, and the man helping us said he could get a caliper and help us out to get the info we needed. He was not selling us anything, not looking to get a commission - just sincerely wanted to help. We will go back for sure next time we need to replace our mower!
