Statement on their website is false “Provide the opportunity to create treasured memories for guests by offering quality vacation homes and ensuring the vacation homes are maintained in a manner that exceeds guest expectations.” More than anything their customer service is sub-par and they really do not have their guests’ best interest in mind. I have learned about this company from two ends - one as a representative for a property I know and recently as a guest looking for a few days of retreat at another property. I should have known better. I’ve seen them act poorly for the guests in that property and now in my own personal experience renting property. Absolutely disgusted with our stay! We rented Double D Cottage for three nights for our 9th year anniversary. I rented it as a surprise for my Active Duty Marine husband, and what a disaster this cabin was! There were pee stains all over the master bedroom carpet and all over the sheets. The home was filthy, mud dauber nests on the walls, dead bugs on the floors and a camel spider in the kitchen! What Hill Country Premier Lodging (HCPL) promised to be flawlessly manicured, upscale, and a luxurious getaway via their property listing, turned out to be a property that is in desperate need of cleaning, new towels and linens. We are tremendously disappointed with HCPL. Hill Country Premier Lodging has been a God Send for us as property owners. They have walked us through and educated us on every aspect of listing a property and making every effort to help guests have a wonderful stay. We have only had 5 Star reviews here at "Let the Good Times Roll". They have provided the nicest folks for us to have on the property. We stayed at Casa Artista for 4 days in August of this year. It was an anniversary getaway. We had previously stayed at Casa 5 years ago and really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately, this time we did not. For the amount of money you pay to stay there (325 a night plus all the "fees") I expect better. Casa has a new owner since we were there last and it shows. The water in the kitchen is almost unusable due to the strong sulfur smell. Since there is no dishwasher you are forced to breathe it in while you do the dishes. ... read more
Nothing Short of Abysmal The booking agents leave a lot to be desired. I would like to preface this by saying I have rented from other booking entities and have never had any difficulties. my advice to anyone considering renting a property from them is, don't, unless you want to be treated unfairly by their rude and apathetic staff.
