I’m extremely happy with how everything went regarding my surgery— the actual result and also the whole process (consultation, scheduling, post-op care, etc.). Dr. Farber and his staff are excellent at communication and patient care. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and surgeon!
I went in to the office for a explant/lift and I’m so grateful I chose this office. The whole staff is so helpful and informative. All my questions were answered and the surgery itself went great! Dr. Farber was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. Definitely would recommend this office for any surgical procedures.
I am not off to a good start with place. I have been trying to get a consultation for two weeks. I keep getting one item at a time to do to just schedule consultation. First it was a the referral, then it was the insurance coverage confirmation whether the doctor is in network or not. Now when I called to share yes he is in network then I am told they need last doctor notes. I am off to a terrible start with this place. I am constantly being asked for one thing at a time to do to just order my consultation. First it was the referral , then it’s insurance network confirmation and now it’s the doctor notes. They asked me one thing every single call. I am waiting on this consultation for 2 weeks now. I am a little frustrated with the experience already. I called multiple times. The staff remains friendly but the process is broken.
Dr. Farber was excellent!!! My procedure was was very comfortable. His staff is wonderful and very helpful. Dr. Farber called after my procedure to see how I was doing which I appreciated!!I highly recommend him.
