Carol was the most unprofessional dog groomer I have EVER been to. She does it out of her house, which is ok, but her house is messy and looked like she was moving! Not the kind of "professional" environment I was expecting. She acted like she knew SO much about dogs and tried to tell me that whoever I got my dog from INBRED him and that my vet was uneducated. Carol is a great lady. She is completely devoted to my 4 dogs! Once someone vandalized the key pad to my gated neighborhood so she climbed the stone wall to get in and was prepared to walk the mile to my house! She has gone above and beyond many times for me. I can't say enough good things about her.
At Hill Country Pet Sitters Plus, my dog is treated like family. I know when I have to leave him, he is well taken care of by loving professionals. Kay and Carol are very good with animals and really make it their business to be the best!
