I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. Despite my doctor submitting referrals three separate times in 2024, and now another instance as of June 23, 2025. I never received a call to schedule an appointment for a fitting for diabetic shoes. I’ve also tried calling multiple times myself, but no one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails. Communication is absolutely nonexistent, and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable—especially when dealing with something as important as medical equipment ... read more
Worst service ever!!! The person who received told us, she doesn’t speak spanish and we can’t wait here until 11, we seat and wait here and she was making appointments in spanish, she is just rude with people, she need to be more friendly with the persons who come here.
Terrible service in El Paso. My husband was there in March 2024 was never able to get answer. Then in September we get that they lost his order. He got fitted again. We still haven't received then and no one answers.
I have appointment on Tuesday 10/22 at 11hrs and i changed to 3hs because i had other app they accepted but on 22nd they called and told me i have app at 11am i tell em that i have an appointment at 3pm told me no later call me and said 3pm is ok i came early and said you cannot wait here
Awful service. Calling for several days with no answer, when corporate picks up THEY HAVE NO ANSWERS. Waiting over two months for shoes. DO NOT GO HERE.
