If I could give zero stars, I would. This was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience from start to finish. The bedside manner was unacceptable — cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy or reassurance. Instead of leaving with peace of mind, we walked out more anxious and concerned than when we arrived. VERY disappointed with this group. I’d been with a larger clinic in Austin but since moving to Blanco, thought this was a good option. WRONG. Tried twice for a quick appointment for a yeast infection- no appts available and was told to go to urgent care. Really?!! I went to my pharmacist and got some OTC treatment that helped but didn’t clear it up. Called their office a week later - same thing - no appts available for a week and they refused to call a prescription pill that wiil clear this up in 24 hours. I’ve NEVER had thi... read more
Dr Schneideris a wonderful doctor she listens and is very compassionate . Sometimes you don't realize how good a doctor is until you have health issues she was there for me helped me through a rough time I'm grateful she is my doctor Thank you Dr . Schneider !
