Irene was kind and helpful during my initial visit. She took over the paperwork process after the receptionist abruptly left during a busy time. Chassidy, the crisis worker who initially spoke with me and referred me, is lovely and compassionate. Resources here seem to be in low supply. The therapist is booked out for months and I was told most appts are virtual.
If I could give this place a negative I would... the receptionists has a terrible attitude... I've been calling for three days they never return your calls. Finally got through the receptionists response was well if you can't make it. IE they only wanted to schedule my appointment on the day I Start my new job.. then two months out. She only responded with attitude. Said if I need help. Medication etc. To go to the er. What's the point of getting help. If they don't want to help. Im not sure if I caught her on a bad day but the front desk lady was very rude and condescending. The rest of the staff were nice and professional.
This office me and my son go to and been having issues I been with them for 9 years and my son 7 years and still as of today their staff can’t do there job and not on the ball with getting medication for their patients but if it wasn’t hard to find someone else that accepts our insurance I wouldn’t be going here and their staff like to blame us for appointments that were booked that we were never aware of!!!
The receptionist was so rude. I was trying to look for help as my mom passed away a month ago and she flat out hung up on me. This person should not be working with people. I am upset.
