this has to be the WORST clinic for therapy sessions, they don’t care about people going through stuff. i applied for therapy sessions due to my mental health on august 22nd 2025, everything as going well until on september 12 i went in there to check and see if i have any upcoming scheduled appointments and they said they’ll call me when i do. i haven’t heard from them in the first 2 weeks so i tried to call them and no answer. i left them a voicemail with my phone number to call me back and i haven’t gotten a call back. it... read more
Not to happy with this location, I guess you literally have to tell them that you are going to harm yourself just to get the help if even at that!! I came out of this office feeling worse then when I walked in
Abusive, non responsive, putting my sister in unbelievable danger by denying her medication since November and it's July. I don't know how she's survived so far and it's all their fault, never ever go here
I called over and over day after day and they refused to refill my medicine worst service ever.
This clinic was never my favorite but got the job done until today. Called to make a follow up appt. Been calling for 2 weeks, finally someone named Macy answered. I'm told I pretty much have to start all over with an evaluation because I haven't seen a doctor in a year!!! I was told that I I no called no showed my last visit. Despite the facts my records show I was there for my last visit, a a prescriber gave me 5 months of refills, that didn't matter. Horrible record keeping.
