I called few days ago bout a refill and they said they sent a request twice and no response I need my medication but it's too long which I'm not liking:( maybe I should call and keep calling.
My prescriber rain-checked me on an appt because of family issues, and I was told I would be getting an emergency refill on my medications..about a month ago. My next appointment is in mid February, and as much as I've asked them in person, through phone calls (whether I can reach them or not), voice mails to please verify with my pharmacy and approve those emergency refills, they have not. They've told me a couple of times that they have but my pharmacy has no contact with them about approval on the emergency meds they told... read more
Unreliable, and it's impossible to get through to them via phone. This place is a joke, they don't take their patients seriously.
Terribly unreliable, I have been off my mental health medications because of their lack of attention and constant rescheduling..it's impossible to even reach them via phone..this place is not what it used to be
Irene was kind and helpful during my initial visit. She took over the paperwork process after the receptionist abruptly left during a busy time. Chassidy, the crisis worker who initially spoke with me and referred me, is lovely and compassionate. Resources here seem to be in low supply. The therapist is booked out for months and I was told most appts are virtual.
