For twenty five years, I've seen one doctor at Hill Country Medical. Developed a good and trusting relationship with that one doctor. Now that Hill Country Medical has been absorbed by some corporate conglomerate, that good and trusting relationship has been destroyed. If I wanted bubbled headed phone operators and snotty staff, I'd call a government office. Find another place for medical care. Don't lose 25 years of your life with these blithering idiots.

I don't understand the many comments about rude receptionists. That has not been my experiece at all. I go anywhere with the attitude that I will get whatever I expect. So much is dependant on how I project myself. I don't expect a receptionist to fawn all over myself. I do expect them to be matter of fact and proficient. I have never been dissapointed at this clinic.

The office not great hard to set up appointments but the drs and staff make up for it.

I called to find out if a particular doctor was taking new patients and the lady who answers the phone was very offputting and dismissive. She took my information and said I would hear back within 48 hours as to whether or not the doctor would take me as a paitient. 3 days later she calls back saying that doctor was not taking new patients, but could she put in a request to see if any of the other doctors were taking new patients. I said "no thank you". She offered no explanation, no further assistance and she didn't ask me ... read more

I have been a patient for many years and I have dreaded my appointments just because of their receptionist.I have wanted to complain but was too scared to because I didn't want to have more dirty looks than I already had been getting. .I have no choice but to just deal with it and hope "they" aren't having a bad day! Other than that I have no other complaints.My doctor is a good doctor and that's the only reason why I'm still there!

My family and I have used Dr. Albrecht and his team since the late 80's or early 90's and I highly recommend him. The entire nursing staff and PA, Debra Grote, is also exceptional. It's also great to be greeted in the front by Mrs. Lehmann!
